Update 2-9-24: The ads have gotten so much worse!! I opened my app and couldn't bypass a video for Best Fiends. This is ridiculous! I didn't mind the ads at first. The ads I receive now are loud and inappropriate random games. It takes longer to access the DVR now. At least have an option to pay for ad removal. I'm currently looking to replace my SANSCO system simply due to the ads on the app.

Real time viewing works fine. The ability to review video, the main reason I bought a video security system, is HORRIBLE. On your mobile device you can only go back to the previous midnight (why????). On both mobile device and base station there is no fast forward. Supposedly video can be set to movement activated. There are no specific instructions of how to do this, however. And, it is not intuitively obvious. Phone app stopped working. Uninstalled, unable to reinstall...aaargh!!

Updated 10/3/18 Well, now it won't record. I did go into settings and made sure all cameras are set to record but when I click on the video icon it saids "no video found". Not sure why it does this now. #unhappy I first downloaded this app back in the summer and it worked great. After a few updates however it's been nothing but problems. The latest problem I'm having is it will not record anything. I have tried several different settings and it still won't record. Hoping someone will read this and tell me what I should set my options at in the my settings to get it to record.
